I was looking at adding a laptop as my account says i can, however I've been told by advisor that I won't own the item after 24 months and wpudl need to return the item If I didn't want to keep paying. Surely this is misleading as it says spread the cost, or is that for only the cheap items over 11 months?

@Starvinmarvin17   Not sure why you got told that.  You’re purchasing the item of a fix term. It’s yours once you have paid it off.    You’ve been tons a load of rubbish.
