Hi,
My girlfriend has an all rounder plan with her phone. However, she has a galaxy watch too. The contract ran out for her watch in 2023. She’s still paying 20 quid a month for her watch in addition to her phone plan -‘d phone.
Am I wrong in presuming that the 24 month watch plan should have ended in 2022?
or because she didn’t cancel at month 25 on the phone plan she has to keep paying until she cancels it?
I’ve been with EE for years but I can’t understand it at all. She can’t find her contract for this as she took it out in 2020.
Does anyone know what she should do?
She has adhd and autism and is utterly confused by the whole thing and I can’t seem to work it out. She also doesn’t like using the phone as she can’t take all the information in, plus accents of call handlers and bad lines, etc.
thanks
jas

Hi @Jas771
Thanks for coming to the community.
If your girlfriend would still like to have the data plan with the watch to use it away from her phone, she can give our customer service guides a call, and they can look at the options for moving her to a SIM Only plan for the watch, which would be cheaper than the current plan.
If she doesn't need the data plan anymore, she just needs to call up and request to cancel as @Profile closed mentioned.

Hello @Jas771
She will need to call EE to give 30 days notice to cancel the plan.
After the 24 months is up she's put on a 30 day rolling contract which you continue to pay until the notice ends and you receive the final bill.
You can find information about Cancelling it below
