where is my sim

I ordered a sim card as new customer and haven't received yet and email confirmation didn't include order number so cannot track it

SIM Orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive and will be posted by Royal Mail no tracking details are available for SIM Orders.

thanks Leanne but I am asking because it's been 6 days and I cannot contact them as I have no sim to call and since there is no EE chat available, I'm running in circles

asking ee for a sim card and it has already taken more than 5 days which is
why I am raising the issue and I was hoping someone would check if the sim
card is in transit, if the delivery has been processed or something, I
cannot afford to keep waiting as without sim card I am quite isolated.
Would you be able to check this for me? otherwise, what would be the point
of using this channel if actually doesn't really work

I am very sorry we have no account access on the community to check the order.
If you have an email advising the SIM has been dispatched, this would have been sent and waiting for Royal Mail to deliver the SIM.
