Hello,
Our contracts are due to end next month, but we decided to upgrade last week. Unfortunately, only one device was sent, and the other was not, so we decided to cancel the orders and redo it later when we come back from our holiday.
The device has been returned to EE on Friday, I believe, by DPD, but the account still reflects the new contract and doesn’t let me upgrade.
I was wondering how long it takes for EE to process the returned device and adjust the account so we could upgrade again?
Thanks.

I agree,it takes far too long to get returned devices removed and your account reflecting this.the standard reply you get is not good enough...7 to 14 days AFTER we receive the device back...but could take longer..that gives free reign to do it whenever they get around to it,meanwhile you are paying for something you do not have and returned a long time ago, it's all well and good saying the money will be refunded, but people don't have the money to pay for something they don't have, and then it takes 14 days or more from when the refund is issued to show in your bank, but usually they credit it to your ee account anyway, despite saying refunds are paid back to your original payment method, this is not right.
