Hi. I am a EE employee and i have tried to regrade from sim only yo phone and sim but the only tracking number i have starts with xko and i haven't got a email or text regarding regrade

@Bones1981 , if your order has been accepted, then you will get a text/email from DPD the day before  delivery and one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

Have you checked your junk/spam folder to see if it has gone there? You can also ring customer service to find out more.

so i work for EE and i am trying to regrade from a sim only deal to a mobile and sim but i seem to be having issues. will i need to regrade with out colleague discount and then fill form in or is there another way i can do this?
