So I tried to order a phone friday which got declined the took a upfront cost of £30 It is pending in the bank I WANT MY MONEY BACK

@Rachel1579  If it says pending the funds will not be taken and the pending will be removed.  The payment hasn’t been made. Even if the payment is taken the funds will be returned within 7-10 days. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I got turned down for a contract but you still took 30 pound so put it back now, no contract no money taking
