upgrade order

I went through an upgrade order this morning, all seemed to go through correctly and had the confirmation screen at the end of the order process. this screen stated an order number starting xko and stated an email confirmation has been sent, however nothing has been received through email. I have also since received further texts asking me to upgrade however as stated I have done this already but am concerned this has not been processed.

Welcome to the community,

We have no access to accounts here and do not know who you are, but have you checked your spam/junk folder, as it has possibly gone in there? That happened to me, otherwise you will have to ring customer service to make sure it is all going as planned.

The text are probably just ones that are sent out, and I would not worry too much about them.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
