I have ordered a new phone and have received a message saying - a new document for your samsung device agreement is now available to view, log in to ee.co.uk/go/login to view it, but I can't find it. I have looked under bills & payments and plans & subscriptions, but still can't find it.
Any ideas?

If you are unable to see the documents following the steps that @Peter_W mentioned above, please reach out to our customer service guides, who can help to get you access to them.
I'll also pass on your feedback to see if it is something that may be considered for future updates.
