Hi

ive ordered a iphone 13 in pink 125Gb monthly payment i’ve payed £30 upfront and i haven’t received a time it would arrive, could you please tell me why

i have been waiting for way too long, i haven’t gotten any updates on my order this is very disappointing as i have been expecting it, i have emailed your customer service team but i have no reply??? can i please know why this is happening and if my order has even been shipped out?
