I've received 2 return bags

I'm returning 2 items to EE - A phone and a watch.

I've received 2 bags in the post today that were sent individually, but I'm unsure as to what bag is for which item. There is no letter in either of the envelopes to indicate which one is which.

The return bags have different bar codes on them.

Does it really matter which bag I put the watch and phone in or will either one do?

I would have phoned EE, but the returns department is now closed and it is bank holiday weekend. I was hoping to take these up to the post office in the morning to get them on their way!

Thanks in advance.

@IanBrooks   Yes it does matter as those codes are for the item you’re returning and who’s returned that item.   If the wrong item is in the wrong package then it’ll  not correspond on the EEs systems.  You need to call to get verification on what should be placed in what package.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
