still waiting

on the advice of an advisor 2 weeks ago I cancelled my iPhone 14 pro max 256gb purple to the silver model as I was told it would be in stock within 14 days but im still waiting any update on when these will be in currently using iPhone 12 pm with a dodgy speaker.

@Shj , you will not receive notification when they are in stock, and even if they are in stock, it would depend how many are waiting for the same product. By cancelling, you will have put yourself further back in the queue, not sure why you cancelled, but if you want to check, best thing is to ring customer service or if on contract try live chat, they may be able to tell you if it is available or how long you will be waiting for it, this is not customer service.

@Shj  Currently it says “Expect despatch in more than 28 days”. For that model type.  
the original one you ordered has “Usually despatched within 21 days”
