i placed an order for a sim had a email saying order successfull with xko number does this mean i passed and been accepted thanks in advance

@wend50  It just means you placed an order it doesn’t mean it’ll proceed as it has to be checked through first.    if there’s an issue with your order, EE will contact you.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
