I purchased a phone but did not receive confirmation of the order and the deposit amount was deducted from my account.

Was this an upgrade, a new Pay Monthly contract, or a purchase outright on the EE Store
Has the upfront payment cleared from your bank or is this pending? 
Have you made sure to check any junk/spam folders, just to make sure any confirmation hasn't gone in there?
