i placed an order on the website for a new iphone contract had the email straight away saying successful EE order and the xko number but that was 3 days ago and i haven’t heard anything since. please can someone get back to me as i’m confused when my order will be delivered, thankyou

Hey there best way to track any order is download the DPD app using same details and email you used to sign up for the phone, DPD often tell you more about when being delivered than EE own system does in my experience, also you could just ring customer support and ask them what’s going on Thanks
