placed orded and paid, iv received a email with order confirmation but at the subject bar it says call to discuss, iv tried contacting online due to my phone having water damage and do have any way to call because of this im currently using laptop. when i search for my order there is nothing there. has anyone else every had this with the email and still received device?

You'll need to speak to EE as there must be some questions over your order if they have asked you contact them.
Can you use another phone.

its shocking how they are taking money before even saying yes been accepted. wether i need to call them are not im pretty sure the money should come out day of dispatch for item! also from reading previous complaints with the same issue and being declined.. i cant even cancel my order after reading reviews about the wait times for the iphone 17 as i would need to order another phone. my children are in hospital and its important i have a phone. i wish i red comments sooner before placing the order. i understand its new and theres a back log but surely some sort of notice should be on the item?

@Jessica93x , the money is pending on your account in your bank, it has not left yet and will only be taken once order has been dispatched, I would suggest you check your bank again.
Unfortunately, you either need to use a web based app or someone else’s phone to call customer service, otherwise your order will not be dispatched, and will be cancelled.
