I’ve had the order successful email around 10am, but there’s been no upfront payment taken? And no more emails? Should I receive one by the end of today?
That does sound normal so far, upfront payments are not usually taken until the order is fully processed. Once dispatched you should receive a text and/or email depending on what contact options you set.
Are you able to track your order by logging into your account and going to the orders section? Or with the order reference number in your email?
yeah ive done the order ahain and they’ve taken the £30 this time. I was wondering on when id get the dispatched email? Guessing the other one didnt go through right as the £30 was never pending or anyrhing
@Jfinlayaon01 It depends but in stock items will usually dispatch same day or next day and once dispatched is when you would be notified with the delivery tracking information.
