hi, so i placed an order and i got the email today saying order confirmed. it won’t let me track the order through, saying that the order number/email or phone information is incorrect when it isn’t and im not sure how to solve this. thank you!

Hi,
Thank you for reply. When I attempt to track the order, it still says the details are incorrect when they are not.
I received an email this morning saying my order was making its way to me now, but I was just curious of the estimated ETA.
I am not sure what options to press when ringing EE, as none of them seem relevant!

Which make and model of phone did you go for here, including colour and storage version?
Whilst we can't check with the store directly to see if this has arrived, we can check stock levels to give an estimate on your delivery timescales.
Alternatively it's always worth giving the store a call directly like @Northerner recommended above.
