i placed an upgrade order on the 12th november, i had an email saying my order has been confirmed, but since then I have not been able to track my order. Is there there anything you can do help? its an iphone 14 pro deep purple

I'll check our estimated delivery times for you. Is it definitely the iPhone 14 Pro and not the iPhone 14 Pro Max? Which memory size did you choose?
