Hello. I placed an order and given a reference number of XKO.... and was told to call customer support for further details. apparently it has something do with my credit check. the agent tried to fix it but was unable to do so. he told me to go to EE website and upload my credit details to have it approved. where should I go in the EE website to upload it? I can't find it.

@haibara05 There is no such place to upload your information, customer services run this check. I think you got someone who didn’t know what they was doing. Try calling again.
