odered a phone by mistake??

hello everyone i ordered a 17 pro just now literally 10 minutes ago not realising it wasn’t the 17 pro max? is there any way i will be able to cancel this ? and when i go on the app it says i dont have anything also the bill hasn’t come out my account however it says order confirmed on my emails sending me the order number

Welcome to the community.

If you give our customer service guides a call, they can see if the order has been dispatched yet. If it hasn't, they can look to cancel it for you. 

If it has been dispatched, you can still return the phone in the first 14 days as @XRaySpeX mentioned. You can see how to request this on our Returning a mobile device or SIM (within 14 days) page.

@yasin-111 : If you ordered online or by phone you may cancel the order FoC before or during the statutory 14-day cooling-off period from delivery & then reorder what you really want.
