I have ordered iPhone 16 pro max online .And give upfront payment of 30 pounds . And then i received email of confirmation email of my order. then i received a msg last day that my order has been cancelled . What should i do now

If you get in touch with our sales team on 0800 956 6000, they can take a look at the order and see why this has been cancelled.

@khurram05 You could try calling customer support to ask why at least you’ll know why. Other than that you’ll not get that device via EE on contact.

really appreciate your response. But i am calling for two days to customer service but they are not responding. I visited there franchise physically as well but they are saying call customer service. Do you have any other custmoer service number of EE
