Hi, I ordered a new Iphone 14 pro max 512 GB purple from an ee store in poole and I waited for more than one month. After they recieved the phone in the store there was some issues with my address verification and when I sorted it out they told me that the phone is missing from the store. I have waited for 2 more weeks. And they were not even ready to give me a satisfactory update. I got frustrated and canceled the order and ordered from a different store on the same day. The next day I got a call from EE customer care and guaranteed that I will get the phone within 7 days and I paid money also. It was on previous tuesday. Moreover they told me that I can cancel my order from the other store and I canceled it. my order number is xxxxxxxxxx. It is showing the irresponsibility . expecting to get an update as soon as possible. thank you

I am sorry to hear what has happened regarding your new phone.
As your order was placed in store, I would recommend speaking with the store who can provide you with an update regarding your order.

Thanks for confirming @anju5, in this case you have come to the right place.
I have checked the current timescale for the iPhone 14 Pro Max in Deep Purple 512GB and can see that the device is available to order and expect despatch in more than 28 days.
Did you receive an email with your reference number on?

Then why did you promised me to give within 7 days? And that's why I
canceled the order from another store. This is the second time I am being
cheated. I have an order number xxxxxxxxxx
