i ordered the iphone 17 pro max silver 256gb on 4/1/26. how long will this take now? i have been waiting for over a week

I ordered mine on 3/1/26 was told 14 days and then I called on day 15 and was told 21 days ?? I’m starting to think it won’t come and I’ve missed my trade in date now ! The phone had been out for months now I’m struggling to understand how there is still stock issues ?

If you've Ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Silver on the 3rd Jan and not yet received it, I'd recommend giving Customer Service a call to check if your order was processed fully or if the upgrade on your account has been put on hold. 

We've currently completed orders that were placed up to the 16th Jan 2026, so we'd have expected you to have received yours by now.
