i ordered the iphone 17 pro max silver 256gb on 4/1/26. how long will this take now? i have been waiting for over a week

The dispatch guidance for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256Gb Silver for orders placed on 4th Jan is to expect dispatch within 14 days of order.
 

Once it is dispatched you will get the tracking link sent by DPD to track your next day delivery.

is there any delays with receiving this phone? it feels like it will never arrive and people are saying it will take over a month to arrive

As @Alex_H mentioned, we were estimating 14 days for delivery from the point you placed your order. 

Just for peace of mind though, if you give our customer care team a call, they can check to make sure all has gone through as it should do at our end.

As mentioned above, stock guidance while placing the order for iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Silver on the 4th Jan was - "Available to order (Expect despatch within 14 days)"

You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.

If you haven't done so I'd recommend you download the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.
