21 days when i ordered i also spoke to someone and was told it would be
with be in 2-3 days that was last week

That's awful, they need to get way better at communication. I just had a notification from the DPD app that I have a parcel from EE coming tomorrow, but order tracking still says "Awaiting confirmation" for a delivery date, not sure what to think about that. Maybe it's just a SIM?
