iphone 14 pro max still waiting

i ordered my iphone 14 pro max in space black on the 21/11/22 and i have still not received any message from ee or dpd for a dispatch. i have also rang ee and they can’t do nothing because of dpd. i’ve seen that someone ordered on the 6/12 and had theirs delivered on the 23/12?? it’s been well over a month now and i’ve had nothing! someone please sort it out for me.

@Daws82 , if you ordered in a store, then that will be down to when they receive stock, probably no different when ordering online, and it is down to China and their lockdown, this is the same for anything from there.

Waiting almost 2 month is a joke though, Into 7 weeks now!

An upgrade, been to store today and they still have no idea when the phones are arriving however they did mention stores are starting to receive them, they tell me 12 people are waiting for them so hopefully my Pro max 256gb will be here soon.
