incomplete order

Hi,  I recently added am applewatch to my existing account.  When ordered I was advised that this came with bluetooth earphones/earbuds (samusng I believe).  When the order arrived it was the applewatch only and nothing else included.  I thought that maybe the earphones would arrive in a seperate package but I have had nothing?

The EE shop information advises the below:
