Hi! My friend make contract for iPhone 14 pro max and he pay 130£ upfront , but in the EE app received text “the money will be returned to you in next bill. What is that mean? Is he going to get iPhone or not?

Howrver there is no account access on these forums. You will need to speak to EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
