iPhone Upgrade Arrived Empty – Feeling Shocked and Need Help

My iPhone upgrade was delivered by DPD today, but when I opened the package it only contained an empty plastic tray. There was no phone inside. I’m honestly distressed and shocked by this. I’ve attached a photo for reference.

Can someone from the EE team please help me with this issue?
