This is getting silly now! Waiting patiently for 2 x IPhone 17 Pro max ( aware there is a shortage ) and trading in as part of this process! 7 letters…what Waste of money! Appreciate it automated but man alive ,how many more am I gonna get before my new phones arrive 😂😂 Feel like The Dursley’s in Privet Drive! ✉️

You're only usually meant to get one trade-in pack per device, so this definitely seems odd. 

If you amended the order at a later date then this would possibly mean a new one was sent, but still something doesn't seem quite right. 

If you give our team a shout, they'll be able to check what's logged at our end for the trade-in request 😊
