iPhone 18 Pro Max

I ordered the new iPhone 18 Pro Max on the 13th of October. I’ve had a confirmation email, an order number, but it still says awaiting dispatch. Does anyone know anything about order delays or whatever else is happening.

Your phone will be on back order as there are wait times for the Pro Max range. 

The expected wait time should have been made clear at point of order, but if you are unsure, let me know the colour and size you ordered and I can check that for you.

For an iPhone 18 Pro Max 256GB Glacier ordered on 13th Oct, the expected dispatch is within 21 days of your order.

Once your device has been dispatched, the courier will be in touch with tracking details for the delivery.

You could be waiting a while I ordered mine on the 5th October and still hasn’t been dispatched, mine is the black 256gb and nothing yet, I wasn’t even told there was a delay on the day I ordered it

I ordered on 1st Oct and still no updates. There isn’t even an estimated date range. Really poor customer service.

Stupid isn’t it they didn’t tell me on the day of purchase that there was a delay I’ve had no update what so ever, and when I spoke to them to possibly cancel the order and just take a 17 pro max they said that could take up to 2-3 weeks as would have to wait for the order to be cancelled on there side, so can’t even get a 17 at the moment

I upgraded my phone to the iPhone 18 pro max in burgundy 256GB on the 15th of this month and was given over 28 days for it to come. However now when I checked if I added another device I would get it in 14 days. Does this mean it would come sooner now or am I having to wait 28 days for this device

Ordered my iPhone 18Pro Max 256mb in purple on the 2nd October and all I keep getting from EE is that my order is on track! Nobody giving any actual accurate information, so that 4 weeks this week and still nothing 😡

Yes older orders will be fulfilled before new ones and  today on that model new orders were expected to be dispatched within 14 days briefly and then updated to 21 days. Though these dispatch times are guidance and not guaranteed.

It is best to keep an eye on your order either using the order tracker online or by logging into your online account and going to the orders section. The tracker should be able to keep you up to date on any changes with your order.
