I put in for an upgrade for the iPhone 17 pro 512gb on 24/9/25 and only had ordered confirmed and no date any idea when will I get an update on delivery?

Welcome to the community,

We would have no idea here in the public forum with no account access and no idea who you are.

This will also depend how many are waiting for theirs, as they are delivered on a first come first serve basis. 

One of the forum staff may be able to check stock and give you a rough idea, please let us know what colour and storage size, as many have ordered the phone before you.

Make sure you have the DPD app with the same information as EE have and as soon as it is dispatched, DPD will let you know up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and a PIN number which you show to the driver to receive your device.
