Hi I ordered this phone on the 25/10/25 is there any update on when you think I would get it by? As haven’t had no information

@Km2005  Depends on the storage size you ordered.   There is a waiting period between 14 and 21 days.    256 and 512 are up to 21 days from ordering date.   1024 and 2048 are 14 days from order date.

Hello @Km2005. 

I have checked the given timescale for the 25/10/2025 for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB in Silver. 

The despatch timescale provided was within 21 days. 

Day 21 being the latest it should be despatched. 

If you do not hear anything by day 21 please give us a call.
