Hiya I ordered a iPhone 17 pro max in deep blue on October 20th and I was just wondering when it will actually arrive as at the moment I am currently on my old plan which has been paid of and still paying for same one 😕 I’m due to go on holiday in 9 days and I was hoping it would turn up before I went away if any of ur ee customer service people have anymore information for me it would be really appreciated thankyou xx

The timescale is still the same as above for you order, it is expected to be dispatched within 14 days from the point of ordering.

Once it is on the way, you'll get a notification to let you know when it will be delivered.

Looking at the stock the iPhone 17 256GB Black, it was expected to be dispatched with 14 days when you ordered.

The current stock is showing orders are cleared up to 12th November, so I would recommend giving our customer service guides a call so they can check the order status on your account.
