iPhone 17 pro max delivery?

I ordered my IPhone 17 Pro max Cosmic orange 256gb on 30th of October, but I haven’t received any update since not even an email that they have not forgotten me lol, the hype is gone, 

WHEN I will get my phone please??? Also paid 154£ upfront and please tell me it won’t take my money of that for my monthly payment and make another issue.

Thanks for coming to the community 

For orders placed on the 30th October, for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB in Cosmic Orange, the expected dispatch is within 28 days. 

Once stock is assigned for your order, DPD will then be in touch with tracking details for the delivery. 

You can check payment information and view billing details in your EE app or EE account online. If you have upgraded, the new plan will start once your iPhone has been dispatched.
