I preordered the silver iPhone 17 pro max. I’ve had no updates and wondering when I will get it?

That model changed to estimated dispatch in more than 28 days from the morning of 13th September. It shows that the oldest outstanding order is from pre-order date on the 12th. 

We have no way of seeing when stock will arrive but orders will be fulfilled on a first come first served basis. 

Once one is available for your order, the tracking will update and DPD will let you know when it will arrive.

If you cannot use EE order tracking then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150. 

You should download the DPD app as well.

I can track it but it says after 28 days when I’ve preordered it and want know why it’s taking so long

@JoeWolstenholme , unfortunately this is a public forum where we do not have access to stock or accounts, but maybe one of the staff, who look in the forums can give you an idea when it when there is enough stock, but that depends on how many have ordered before you, as it is first come first serve as well.
