iPhone 17 delayed order

I ordered my iPhone 17 pay as you go phone on 31st October and was advised it would be dispatched within 14 days… today is 14 days and still no updates.

I have called EE and been told that it’s not showing any stock is available and can’t see when it’ll be back in stock?

Do I just wait and hope for the best?

Cheers @Elisesteer1.

We're still estimating 14 days at this point, but our tracker is showing that the oldest outstanding back-order is from yesterday, so that would suggest that most outstanding orders have been fulfilled.

I would definitely recommend getting back in touch with our team, and they'll be able to check your order reference number to make sure everything has gone through as it should have.

Good afternoon @Elisesteer1.

Welcome to the EE Community!

Which colour and storage version of the iPhone 17 did you go for here, and did you get a confirmation email with an order tracking number when you first placed this?

Peter

Hi Peter!

It is the black and 258 storage. I received an email when the order was placed which included an order number but haven’t received anything since. The tracking info just reads “awaiting confirmation”
