iPhone 17 Pro order

Hi,

l am a new pay monthly customer and visited the Barnstaple store on 29th March to buy an iPhone 17 Pro Deep Blue 256GB. As it was out of stock in store I ordered it to be delivered to the store and was told it would be a couple of days. Upon contacting EE on social media I was made aware of a 14 day wait for this particular model. 

I’m aware we’ve had the Easter holidays last week, but can anyone give me a rough idea of when my phone will be ready to collect in store. I’m aware of the “first come first serve” thing EE have in place, but not knowing how many orders were ahead of mine it’s difficult to know when I might be notified it has arrived.

as you can imagine I’m keen to get my hands on it and it doesn’t help that EE teased me by sending me an email about my Flexpay direct debit agreement last Thursday! 🤣

Checking the stock on that one we have fulfilled all back orders on the iPhone 17 Pro Deep Blue 256Gb, it came back in stock on 8th April. The email on Thursday you received was likely triggered by the phone dispatching.

I am sorry you have not been notified as you should have been by now, but the phone should be delivered to the store by now and available for pick up. If you wanted to double check the DPD tracking for the delivery to confirm, if you reach out to our team they will have access to that and be able to supply the information to you.
