iPhone 15 pro

I ordered a iPhone 15pro and a Samsung s23 on upgrade 3 days ago. Wasn’t told over the phone they weren’t in stock but was told it would be delivered yesterday.  Yesterday the Samsung arrived but no iPhone. Checked order status and it says ‘back order is confirmed’

what does this mean? Is there anyway of finding out an estimated date that it will be dispatched?

thankyou

Hello @Emma290389 ,

Welcome to the community,

It means that it is on back order, which actually means as soon as stock is replenished, you will receive it, you will receive notification from DPD the day before and one on the day with a one hour window.

It is just that they have run out of stock and are awaiting for more. What colour and storage size did you order?

You could always ring customer service to find out and see if they can let you know.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Thanks for getting back to me.
it was the black 128gb one.
I just wish they would have told me it wasn’t in stock as my current phones on its last legs!
