my first order I ordered the iPhone 15 pro 256gb paid the upfront cost then it’s been refunded 5 working days later I see the order confirmation, so I placed a new order for the iPhone 15 pro max 256gb paid the upfront cost see the order confirmation and now that hasn’t been accepted either the upfront cost has been refunded again idm waiting for the phone but I don’t understand why my orders keep getting rejected or not accepted quick enough each time has been over 5 working days, I am an employee as well ? Any advice or contact numbers as EE customer services can’t help me as I am an trying to get an employee contact

Maybe because you failed a credit check unless it’s a upgrade 

It’s an upgrade from my understanding
