Hi there, I’ve just got a msg from you saying “good news your order is coming soon” , and when checking tracking on the EE link it’s still not giving a date for dispatch or delivery. Is there any way to get a rough date as I’m going away soon.

They should clarify before placed an order. I mentioned the store person will it be arrive by 20th October? Store guy told me yes within 14-15 days. This phone was for my wife’s birthday surprise. Thanks for ruining it.

In the name of good network ee charging us high price for everything. Being a loyal and high paid customer we get nothing. Customer service unable to provide any info regarding the order ask me to visit the store. Store unable to provide any info regarding the order ask me to call customer service. What should we do actually?
