Hi there ,
I ordered my iPhone 14 pro max 256 deep purple on 16 of September and I haven’t received yet . I rang customer support numerous times and nobody seems to know an estimate date of delivery . Today I tried to contact them via their live support and I found out that my order has been processed on 13 of October a month late . I have been billed for the order still no updated on delivery dates . Every single one of them seems to say totally different things . They pointed me to the store wasted my time going there rang so many times useless entirely.

No ! New business plan for 3 lines but told that's how EE Operates that once I've ordered I must pay . Yet to see a phone .
Does EE even sell phones seems like a lot of people waiting and I'm waiting since 16/09 .
OFCOM should be made aware of this !
No resolution offered ! Led from phone support to the store and back again !

Thanks for the extra information.
The orders are all sent out on a first come, first served basis clearing the oldest orders first.
Once the store has received your order, they will get in touch and let to you know a time for collection.

Can you explain to me why when I placed my order on the 16/09 I am still waiting .
On your system says the order was placed on 13/10 and now we are on 01/11 .
Someone has messed up or you just scam your customers !

Sorry to hear that - I hope you receive your phone soon. I’ve just received my iPhone 14 Pro Max 128 GB (Deep Purple) and after a few teething problems getting it up & running I’m really loving using it. The problem you seem to be having dealing with EE surprises me because when I’ve had a problem in the past EE have always seemed to bend over backwards to help sort it out, the problem I’ve just had getting my new 14 Pro Max up & running is a fantastic example of how helpful EE have been since I became a customer. We’ve both gone for the most popular new iPhone model and I waited quite a while to receive mine, once EE have yours in stock I know you’ll get a message saying its about to start its journey to to your eager hands! Phoning EE for delivery updates never really helped me while I was waiting for my 14 Pro Max so just sit tight and you’ll get your good news message from EE - guaranteed. I hope you receive yours soon because it’s a fantastic phone (the new “Dynamic Island” is a brilliant idea…). All the best.
