One of the worst customer service that I have faced by far! I’ve upgraded my plan to the new iPhone 14 Pro Max on September 16th. I’ve been informed that delivery can take up to 28 days but rest assured it won’t be that long. Since then, I never received a confirmation email neither text about my order. I have been given two different order numbers for my order (none of them seems to work), I had to call many times to actually find out that my order number is the one that initially I’ve been told not to follow. Every customer advisor is giving me false information about the whereabouts of my order (I’ve been given three different eta’s), and what infuriates me is when you ask them a simple question about the tracking (bare in mind I am not asking to bypass the queue and get my order earlier) their response is that DPD will get in touch!
I am sorry but EE is in charge of dispatching and allocating stock and, DPD just do the last leg.
I have never received worse service than from EE during this ordering time. I am going to wait in order to find out what’s happening with my order and then patiently waiting for my plan to come to an end in order to change provider! This is outrageous!!!

@naomibeii if you’ve had confirmation it’s been delivered to the EE store. It should be there tomorrow or the day after.. the store should contact you when it’s there. I would call the store if not tomorrow the day after if the store hasn’t contacted you.

Can someone from EE explain why some are receiving their devices sooner than others? I ordered my iPhone 14 pro max 128GB space back on the 3rd. It was advertised as being a quicker delivery than the deep purple, yet people on here are confirming this isn’t the case and have already received theirs.
I’ve been told several different dates by EE. I understand delays, but it’s honestly getting ridiculous having customer service literally lying to you.

Hi @jsp1,
All back orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis. If another customer ordered a different colour/storage option, or ordered before you, they may receive it first.
