Hi 

I ordered my iPhone 14 Pro Max 256 GB Space Black on 14 October and still have not heard anything with regards to delivery. I was told on the phone with EE yesterday that it would be delivered today but that was clearly incorrect as the online tracker hasn't moved from "Order confirmed" yet.

What is the updated delivery estimate for the model/size/colour provided, given that I ordered it on 14th Oct?

Has anyone ordered the same model/size/colour on or close to 14th Oct experienced the same issue?

@z0rax  Seeing as that model spec has had a “Usually despatched within 21 days.” for a while time now you’ll not get it within a couple of weeks or ordering it. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It was 14 days at the time of ordering though which brings us to today, surely the expectation is not 21 days from now?

Just wondering, did you receieve your phone yet? 

I have ordered the same. Iphone pro max, space black 256gb around the same time as you did. Just wondering as I have yet to receive a message from  EE.

Hi, i order the same Iphone 14 pro max 256 but deep purple and i order the phone from 8th of oct and still haven't got any update on the tracking... it says in 21 days usually despatch and today is day 21 since and nothing...

I have had similar experience with the iPhone 14 Pro. Order placed online on 8th Oct and acknowledged 10th Oct, said would be dispatched by 11th Oct. No shipping/tracking updates of any kind. Have phoned twice to find out status. 1st call on 14thOct said should expect it to be dispatch within 7days of order so if not heard anything from dpd by 17th to phone back. Gave them a little longer (in case of stock issues) and phoned 2nd time on 21st Oct to then be told it would dispatch within 14days of order so should expect to hear something by 24th Oct. It is now 30th Oct and I have not had ANY updates or info from ee or dpd in regards to when I could expect my phone. I specifically checked when ordering the item colour if it was in stock so to avoid this problem. There was no indication of a waiting time for stock as it was showing as available. The order acknowledgement clearly indicated no waiting time as expected dispatch was within 24hrs of the order being accepted. Very upset that I have to keep chasing this and ee are perfectly happy to take my money and not provide me with the goods and services.

I have the same issue, same phone and gb just in purple. Order was placed on 8th online, then I called them on 10th just to double check - turned out they cancelled my order for suspicion of fraud…had to reorder on the phone. On 18th and 25th received messages saying the order is “on track” and “coming soon”…nothing yet. No delivery date is shown in so called “tracking”.
