Hi,
I upgraded to the iPhone 13 pro max in alpine green over the phone on Wednesday (June 1st) morning. I was told by the person on the phone that I had to have it delivered on Saturday (today, June 4th) and even paid extra for this. I didn’t mind if it meant I could get the phone today while I’m off work. I rang customer services yesterday because I had no tracking number, only an order number and they confirmed it was on its way and would arrive today. I have waited in all day with no sign of a delivery, I rang customer services again, concerned an expensive phone had not been delivered, and was told there are none in stock and they don’t know when they will be able to allocate me one. I am very annoyed because not only did I stay in all day today, I paid extra for delivery today when the person on the phone on Wednesday probably knew full well there were none in stock!
when are you expecting them back in stock please?!

What size did you opt for? It may be the size you want isn't available but other sizes or even colours are available.

Hi, I ordered the 128gb and having spoken to a rather rude advisor tonight have been told it could be up to 14 days. I am frustrated because the guy on the phone on Wednesday was more than happy to sell me everything he could think of under the premise it would arrive today and it turns out it was all a lie.

@Eviie96 Standard delivery charge is around £7.50 is this what you paid ? because you’re not paying any extra charge to have it delivered on a certain date as that is the standard delivery cost if you order over the phone.
The waiting time for the Alpine green 128 gig iPhone 13 Pro Max at present is “usually delivered within seven days”.
