I placed an order for delivery on 24/11 but the address was incomplete on the package so the courier couldn’t deliver. I spoke with customer service on the 25th and they cancelled the order and advised I re order but I am unable as the original account hasn’t been removed from my account,help please.

Once the order has been received back to us from DPD, this will be removed from your account. 

If you would like to order again now, please call us on 150 and the team will see what they can do to help.
