hello, my name is Izabella, she teaches and I placed the order 2 months ago for an iPhone 14 pro max of 258 GB and the order came to my home but I was not at home I was at work and since then I only know anything about the order to wish and blame order back so I can get the phone thank you very much.

@Izabella2   You will have to call customer service about this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
