Hi,

I have been with EE for over a year now and have 4 contracts with them. I live in shared accommodation with my partner. I recently decided to upgrade to the iPhone 14 pro max black. I was told to wait 2 weeks as the item wasn't in stock and that I would receive tacking information.

I still hadn’t received any tracking information and payment still hadn’t been taken. until on the 10/01 at 7pm I received a text from EE stating my extras had been removed so I decided to call EE the following day.

I contacted EE the next day and was told that my parcel had been delivered by DPD at 9am that morning and signed for by myself. I had still not received my parcel nor signed for. EE then provided me with a tracking number to check on DPD site.

After checking, it showed a photo of the body of a person I don’t recognise. I’ve asked around but neighbours don’t seem to know anything. I’ve rang EE but they refuse to open a signature dispute investigation with DPD 7times!! Because I’ve had successful deliveries to the same address in the past? The contract is running on my account for a device I have not received and nobody seems to be able or willing to help me.
