HI 

 

I have been sent an email by EE as I  want to cancel my sim  only and get a mobile contract instead Can someone help me out as no one has responded to my email.

EE have no email contact for CS.

You can contact them on 150 from an EE mobile, or 0800 0798586 from any other phone.

If you emailed the address exactly as you typed it here, you would have received a bounce message.
