Wrong number input

I ordered a new phone yesterday as mine won’t take calls. Got the confirmation email said will text when ready to collect then noticed I put 2 digits wrong way round.  How will I know when it’s ready I can not call ee as phone won’t work and online chat couldn’t help

@Jodymiles  Online chat can help as they are customer service but via a chat service.    If you don’t want to try online chat you’ll have to call customer services via a device phone. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I was talking to online chat for 40 mins last night going round in circles and they ended saying nothing they can do to help me as they don’t see orders till I collected it.

Thanks for coming here. 

If you give us a call on 150 or 0800 079 8586, the team will certainly see if this can be changed for you. 

Also, if you download the DPD app and enter the email address and postcode of the delivery address this will show when the device has been delivered, you can then contact the store to arrange collection.

Thanks the tracking doesn’t work without tracking number. On call with ee but been on hold 40 mins and well I guess nothing more I can do. Will just have to keep going to store till it arrives. I’m so dumb sometimes fancy getting 2 digit wrong way round lol 😂
